1 kg Carrot, grated
1 ltr Full-Fat Milk

Method of preparation - Gajar Halwa
Heat ghee at some point of a wok, add carrot, saute it for jiffy .Add milk, cook the carrot in milk for 30-forty five minutes till the milk dries and preserve stirring it occasionally.
Add sugar, almonds, cashew, raisins, pistachios, green cardamom powder, cook the halwa until the milk has absolutely reduced.
