Chicken Biryani Recipe easy to make at home .most of the people like chicken in fact it is easy to make.Chicken Biryani recipe came to India from Central Asia and at first it meant rice cooked with meat.However,pass over the years and over the limits it saw changes and now it defines any rice prepare which is cooked with flavors and veggies and meat. There are a few varieties of Biryani in India that is Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Vegetable Biryani, Fish Biryani, Hyderabadi Biryani, Awadhi Biryani and so on. Biryanis can be made in two different ways with cooked meat and with uncooked meat which is likewise called Kacche Gosht Ki Biryani. The Chicken Biryani which is made with cooked meat utilizes parboiled rice and takes less cooking time while the Biryani made with uncooked meat takes more time to cook. Garam Masala and Saffron are two important ingredients that extraordinary taste to your Biryani. if you love chiken biryani let's we start it.

Easy Chicken Biryani

Prepare time - 20 to 25 min  
Ingredients for Easy Chicken Biryani  :

  • 600 gm boiled basmati rice
  • 1 kilograms of chicken thighs
  • 6 tablespoon refined oil or ghee
  • 4 tablespoon minced mint leaves
  • 4 sliced green chilli
  • salt as required
  • 320 gm chopped tomato
  • 2 teaspoon OF coriander powder
  •  2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 pinches saffron
  • 400 gm thinly sliced cut white onion
  • 8 green cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

For marination : take chicken thighs add yogurt and turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste ,chilli powder

step 1 : we take chicken for marination so we take large bowl .put yogurt ,turmeric and red or green chilli powder and add salt for require  mix it well and   the  chicken thighs mix with this mixer .keep aside this mixer about 25 to 30 this mixer properly absorbed  by the chicken,and soak 2 pinches of saffron in milk for make saffron milk and keep aside.

take a deep bottom pan and pour refiend oil or ghee in it keep it in medium flame.add green cardamom,cumin seeds in it saute for 1 to 2  and add slide anion fry it 2 to 3 min .so onion start to get in brown then add tomatoes and tomato puree and fry for 5 minutes.

Add ginger ,garlic paste and green chillies fry the mixer for 1 to 2 min,add the coriander powder keep the flame low or medium  stirring and cooking the masala.add the marinated chicken and mix for a while so the ingredients absorb the juices properly.

And keep the flame medium again and heat about 5 to 6 minutes. cover with a lid let simmer for 5 minutes Make sure to keep stirring during the entire process, the chicken might stick to the bottom
You can add little water, and you find the consistency too thick.

Once done you can turn off the flame and add half of the boiled rice in the pan and keep aside.sprinkle  soaked saffron milk add garam masala and add mint and coriander leaves,put the remaining rice over this layer and garnish with the mint ,saffron milk and mint coriander leaves.

then cover the lid, turn the flame to low medium and let the rice cook for about 5 minutes. Once done, put it off and let the Chicken Biryani stay covered for10 minutes. Serve hot, along with raita
